Rumored to have formed after the “Ashinoko Incident” of 1954, Fuji Unlimited was originally tasked with containing seismic anomalies beneath Mt. Fuji. Instead, they monetized them. From kaiju response drills to experimental subterranean rail systems, Fuji Unlimited quietly shaped postwar Japan.
Among its many shadow divisions, few were as influential or discreet as the Dispatch & Arrival Bureau. Known for orchestrating the untraceable movement of dignitaries, visionaries, and cultural assets, the bureau is said to have quietly overseen everything from early gunboat diplomacy to the Beatles' first arrival at Haneda.
Today, Fuji Unlimited operates JPN Guides as just one of many public-facing fronts. What appears to be travel... may in fact be calibration.
Wear with respect. Or plausible deniability.
