The JPN Guides team sits down with you and your fellow travelers to learn about your goals, any plans and reservations have been made, as well as other pertinent info.

Upon deciding to enlist our services you will be sent an invoice for 50% of the total cost. The final will be paid upon delivery of the guidebook.

A rough draft of your guidebook will be sent to you and others in your party. This is your time to make changes.

A final draft will be sent to you for final review, once approving you will be sent the remaining balance of your invoice. 

What We Need From You

ASAP if possible

Valid Credit Card

So we can make purchases and get you the best rates and perks.

Phone Number

We will be in close contact via call or text to confirm reservations, make proposals for activities.

Email

Make sure you have sent us your email so you can get the .PDF version of your guide.

Pre-Existing Reservations

Please send us any reservations or tickets for relevant travel plans during your trip.

Don't Forget...

Even a trip as epic as this one will be here before you know it. Make sure you have the following things figured out. If you need help, just contact your rep.

Valid Passport

Please make sure your expiry date is no less than six months after your departure date.

Credit Card with International Access

Alert your bank you’re traveling to avoid surprise freezes. Bonus points if your card has no foreign transaction fees.

Any Necessary Visas

Most travelers don’t need one for short stays, but double-check your country’s rules.

We can’t do this for you.

Phone Plan or SIM Solution

Japan doesn’t always play nice with foreign SIMs or eSIMs. Figure out your mobile game plan in advance.

Travel Insurance

Medical coverage overseas is a must. Delays, injuries, or cancellations happen.

Don’t risk it, we can help.

Re-entry Docs

(if applicable)

Some countries require proof of onward travel or re-entry. Make sure you’ve got your return ticket and any needed docs.
